
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
3-4 lbs. pork butt
1 1/2 bottles barbecue sauce
Place pork butt and beef broth in crockpot for 10-12 hours on low. Remove meat and shred with a fork (the meat will be very tender and shredding will take almost no work). Drain remaining beef broth from the crockpot and put the shredded pork back in. Add 1 bottle of barbecue sauce and mix well. Store the ceramic crockpot bowl (with lid) int he fridge overnight. 3-4 hours before serving add 1/2 bottle additional barbecue sauce to the pork and return to the crockpot to cook on low for 3-4 hours Stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger buns.
