1 pound cooked and shredded brisket beef tips
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
(1) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
(1) 8 ounce Can of Mushrooms Drained
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces Sour Cream
Cooked Egg Noodles
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
(1) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
(1) 8 ounce Can of Mushrooms Drained

8 ounces Sour Cream
Cooked Egg Noodles
Mix together all the ingredients except sour cream and noodles in your 4 quart crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours or until brisket is tender. Before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
