1 lb thin beef (I use boneless top round because it is cheap)
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 bag frozen broccoli florets
Steamed rice
Add all of the the liquids to the crockpot. Mix in the garlic, sugar and the pepper flakes. Add thinly sliced (into strips) meat to the sauce. Toss in the mixture to coat thoroughly. Cook on low for 3-4 hours (this will cook very quickly, watch to make sure that it will not overcook). Just before serving, add entire bag of cooked (steam in a bag or according to the instructions) broccoli with meat. Stir to coat the broccoli. Serve over steamed rice.
