Lemonade Salad

This recipe is courtesy of either my Grandma Cain or my Mom....I am not really sure anymore. We never have a family gathering with out it.

50 crushed ritz crackers
1/3 cup melted butter/margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 can frozen lemonade
1 can sweetened condensed milk
9 oz. cool whip

In a small bowl mix together crackers, butter and sugar. Flatten half of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Mix together sweetened condensed milk and frozen lemonade. Once mixed well, fold in the cool whip. Spread mixture over the flattened crumbs. Top with the remaining crumb mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Note: You can add more lemonade for tartness (we always do).
