2 pounds fresh gnocchi (or 1 pound pasta of your choice - cut water in half if using pasta)
8 ounces marscapone
20+ ounces asparagus, cut into 1 inch segments
4 ounces fresh Parmesan, plus extra for topping
1 scallion, finely sliced
2 1/2 cups water
2 pinches salt
2 pinches pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large frying pan. Cook on medium for 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Serve with Parmesan on top.
