6 (14.5 oz) cans french cut green beans
2 cups sour cream
1 cup crushed ritz crackers
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together drained green beans, sour cream, mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Spoon into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine the melted butter and crushed crackers and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake for 40 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
